Hey! Have you heard the Google Buzz?!

Wow! At first I thought I was going to hate the new Google Buzz but now I’m kind of getting a kick out of it. Have you guys seen it? I think I like it way better than Twitter because you don’t have that 140 character limitation. Check it out if you have Gmail. If you don’t have Gmail – it’s free – go get it!

Anyway, it’s going to make it so much easier for YOU to get my blog posts because I’m streaming over Buzz now. That’s right, you can get the whole blog post right there in your email. Every time I make a new post it goes straight to Buzz and then straight to YOU! So add me as a contact and you’ll always have instant access to the latest updates.

Here’s how you do it –

Go to Gmail.com and sign up for a Gmail account

After you’re logged in, click on Contacts in the left sidebar

At the top left corner of the blue box, you’ll see a little picture with a PLUS sign, click on that to add a contact

Copy and paste my email address into the little box on the right that says EMAIL

Then click the SAVE box at the top

Then go back to the left sidebar and click on the BUZZ button located just under the INBOX button

At the top of the blue Buzz box, you’ll see a link that says FIND PEOPLE – click on that and it brings up your contact list.

Then just Click FOLLOW next to my name!

Don’t worry…it’s safe. You don’t see all of my emails and I don’t see yours. It’s like Twitter. You only see what I send via Buzz.

But it makes it a lot easier for you to communicate with me, too. If you comment on my Buzz post, it comes directly to my email AND I see it on Buzz. And I always have THAT email open because it’s my main email address.

So, Buzz is kind of a cross between -

Instant Messaging – Because it comes right to my email, or yours, instantly

Forum Posting – Because everyone who is following me sees everything I post

Twitter – Because only the people who are following me see what I post and I see everything posted by the people I’m following

Email – Because it’s right there WITH my email, so I can’t help but see it. And because you can send a message as long as your arm if you want to!

So, go ahead! Add me to your Buzz list. You’ll see the blog as I write it – and you can Buzz me anytime you want!
