One of the BEST things about having a blog like this, where I’m not really focusing on any particular niche, is that I can write about whatever I want, whenever I want to.  And now that I’m at this IM thing full time, whenever I feel like it, I can just open up a tab and post whatever I want, whenever I want to.  Because, this is MY blog, and I can do whatever I want with it, whenever I want to.  So THERE!  Nyah!

I used to live up in Columbus, Ohio, home of the Memorial Tournament, and you can’t live up there and not be a fan of the game of golf.  It’s just not allowed.   Nicklaus owns half the town and when he says, “SSSHhhhhh!” ,you better!

So I’ve seen Tiger come up through the ranks.  Most everybody has.  And he’s pretty much the reason I stopped watching golf.  Oh, don’t get me wrong.  The guy can swing a club like nobody’s business.  (Apparently!)  And to me, Black is just another color.  I believe you should give credit where credit is due, no matter what race or creed or color someone is.

But I just never liked watching golf after Tiger started making his mark on the links.  Nothing against Tiger, but I had my own favorite golfers that I wanted to see, and the media never took the camera off Tiger long enough for you to even see somebody else put in.  Not even on 18.  It was like Tiger was playing by himself.  “Welcome to the tournament.  Today, we’re featuring Tiger Woods….and some other golfers might stop by”.

Anyway, I guess I can sign up for cable TV.   Looks like I’ll be able start watching Golf again!

I tripped over this Saturday Night Live video while I was surfing during a lunch break today.  Posting it here in case there’s somebody else out there that thinks Tiger Woods Sucks!  What a jerk he turned out to be!  I hope she takes him for every cent he’s got.  And I hope she does it quick while he’s still got some to take!
